Reservation & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid ID proof (Government-issued) must be presented at check-in.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Damage & Liability
- Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- Vilaasitaa Inn will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- Valuables should be kept in the in-room safe (if available) or at the reception.
Pets & Smoking Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless prior written permission is granted.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms will incur a penalty.
Governing Law
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the hotel is located.
